The order form is sent in advance prior to the photo shoot's, and is required to be ready before the shoot begins.

Section A is for pre-defined packages such as Package (A) which includes 8 Premium Trading Cards, 2 Metal Photo Buttons, 2 5x7 Individuals, 1 8x10 Heritage Hero, and 1 8x10 Individual.

Section B is for custom built packages which let you choose from our many product offerings at your leisure.

Section C is also for custom packages but include special gift items, not available in section B, and are individually priced and can be ordered any amount of quantity.

The last thing you should do is calculate the totals for all the sections and write it down in the box provided.
